Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Provide detailed information about Kerala and international travel packages, itineraries, and booking procedures
Assist customers with travel planning, destination selection, and package customization
Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
Coordinate with travel team, guides, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
Fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset

No! This position is perfect for freshers. We provide complete training on our systems, travel destinations, and customer service best practices. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter more than experience.
Completely flexible! As a part-time role, you can design your schedule. We typically need coverage during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST), but you can choose when and how many hours you work within that timeframe. Some weekend availability is appreciated but not mandatory.
The salary range is ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on the number of hours worked and performance. High performers can earn additional bonuses and incentives based on customer satisfaction scores and bookings assisted.
