Important Notice

All refunds follow the policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, and third-party suppliers. Travensy Holidays LLP service charges are strictly non-refundable. Refund processing may take 7–30 working days depending on the supplier.

2. Visa Services

Refund is case-by-case depending on:

  • Embassy rules
  • Stage of application
  • Third-party fees already paid

Visa Rejection Refunds (if applicable):

  • Full refund: Only when no processing or partner charges were applied.
  • Partial refund: If only a part of the amount was utilised.
  • No refund: If embassy/agent has already processed and consumed the charges.
  • Service charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Flight Ticket Cancellations

  • Refundability depends entirely on the airline and fare type.
  • Airlines may deduct:
    • Cancellation penalties
    • Fare difference adjustments
    • Service provider charges
  • No refund is provided for no-shows or non-refundable tickets.
  • Rescheduling is allowed but all charges are borne by the passenger.

4. Hotel Cancellations

  • Refund depends on the hotel or supplier policy.
  • Strict cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons.
  • No refund for early checkout or no-shows.

5. Tour Packages

  • 50% advance payment is used for bookings with hotels, transfers, and sightseeing partners.
  • Refunds depend on what our partners refund to us.
  • If partners do not refund, we cannot provide a refund.
  • Service charges are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds for cancellations due to:

  • Weather issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Travel bans
  • Unexpected technical/operational issues

Any additional costs due to re-routing, extensions, or new bookings must be paid by the customer.
