1. Introduction

Welcome to Travensy Holidays LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our travel consultants, you ("customer", "client", "traveller") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Travensy Holidays LLP provides visa assistance, domestic and international flight tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance, airport transfers, holiday packages, and customised tour planning.

2. Scope of Services

We act as a travel facilitator offering services including but not limited to:

  • Visa processing (Tourist, Business, Umrah)
  • Domestic & international flight tickets
  • Domestic & international hotel bookings
  • Holiday/tour packages
  • Travel insurance
  • Airport transfers
  • Custom/private tour itineraries

Many of these services are fulfilled through third-party providers such as DMCs, airlines, hotels, embassies, and visa agents.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of confirming a tour package.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the travel date.
  • Bookings not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled without notice.
  • Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, card, payment gateway, or cash.

4. Service Charges

Travensy Holidays LLP charges service/handling fees for:

  • Visa processing
  • Ticket booking
  • Tour package handling
  • Amendments, cancellations, or rescheduling

Service charges are strictly non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling & Amendments

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and the rules of airlines, hotels, and third-party partners.
  • All additional charges, fare differences, penalties, or taxes must be paid by the customer.

6. Visa Services

  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
  • Processing time and approval are not guaranteed.
  • In case of visa rejection:
    • Refund eligibility is case-by-case depending on embassy rules, submission stage, and third-party costs.
    • Service charges are non-refundable.
    • We assist with appeals and re-applications, but success is not guaranteed.

7. Flights & Hotels

Flights

  • Refundability depends on airline policies and ticket fare type (refundable/non-refundable).
  • Airline-imposed charges, penalties, or taxes are borne by the customer.

Hotels

  • As per supplier or hotel cancellation policies.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

8. Holiday & Tour Packages

  • Tour package advance and balance payments are utilised for securing hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and third-party bookings.
  • Refunds depend on what our partners refund to us.
  • Any portion not refunded to Travensy Holidays LLP cannot be refunded to the customer.
  • Service charges remain non-refundable in all cases.

9. Travel Delays, Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Circumstances

Travensy Holidays LLP is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Political strikes, bandh, protests
  • Denial of boarding
  • Loss of documents or personal belongings
  • Changes in immigration/entry rules

Any additional costs arising due to these situations must be paid by the customer.

10. Third-Party Liability

As we work with third-party suppliers (DMCs, airlines, visa agents, hotels), all bookings are subject to the terms of those providers. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures of third-party partners.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate personal details and documentation
  • Comply with immigration, health, and safety regulations
  • Verify travel dates, spellings, and booking details before confirmation
  • Ensure passports have required validity and blank pages

12. Limitation of Liability

Travensy Holidays LLP will not be liable for:

  • Losses due to third-party service failures
  • Visa rejections or immigration decisions
  • Incorrect information provided by customers
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays, missed flights, or unexpected expenses

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts/jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala.
